MAIN SPECIFICATIONS
- Centrifuge with a rigid structure, mounted on a base plate with insulators.

- Retractable basket chute, pneumatically controlled (using an external actuator mounted on the side).
- Nozzle for cleaning the basket grid mounted on the housing.

AUTOMATIC CYCLE
LANDING:
In the closed position, the basket begins to rotate.
After reaching the selected speed, solids are fed into the basket by gravity by turning on the feeding conveyor (or opening the upper hopper).
SPIN:
Once the basket is loaded, the speed increases until the selected speed is reached.
The cycle duration is clock-controlled and pre-set.
UNLOADING:
The basket automatically slows down to a complete stop. Under the action of a pneumatic actuator, the hopper lifts up, releasing the charge, which is discharged by gravity in the lower hopper.
Once the basket chute returns to the down position, the basket will rotate at a low speed, allowing the cleaning nozzle to clean the filtration area.
The collected product is discharged and the chute closes at the bottom of the bin, starting a new cycle
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT AND AUXILIARY DEVICES
- Upper loading hopper (standard or vibrating) with opening/closing using a pneumatic actuator.
- Elevated steel base designed according to the type and size of the product recovery system (container tank, conveyor belt,…).
- Basket made of acid-resistant steel, optionally polished interior.
- All parts in contact with the product are made of acid-resistant steel.
- Vibrator on the lower discharge tank.
