OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT AND AUXILIARY DEVICES
- Stainless steel construction of selected parts of the centrifuge

- Double lid sealing removable basket: the second lid is attached to the centrifuge lid via a swivel joint that rotates with the removable basket to avoid any part being thrown out.
- The outer casing is designed with two half-covers articulated on the rear mast. When opened, it allows access to the inside of the basket for inspection and cleaning.
- Increased motor (and inverter) power to reduce starting and braking times.
- Double base plate: the centrifuge support plate is equipped with anti-vibration shock absorbers and assembled with a grounded clamping plate. This reduces vibration and increases the build-up of hot liquid metal in the lower receiver
- Specially designed centrifuge and removal basket for robotic basket handling and integration of the centrifuge into a fully automated processing line.
- Rousselet Robatel may in some cases redesign and manufacture the basket to customer specifications in order to accommodate the customer's own basket.
