 PTP PADDLE MIXER
The PerMix PTP series paddle mixers are an innovative design derived from
well-known blade mixers (or blade/plough mixers, also called plough mixers). The blade in many cases provides the same mixing capacity as the plough (blade), but requires significantly less energy consumption. Due to the lower rotational speed of the blades, the wear on the mixing element (blade) is also lower than with the blade (plough). Blade mixers also have better performance in dealing with delicate and/or heat-sensitive materials.
Compared to conventional ribbon blenders, paddle mixers are superior in that they are able to mix material more aggressively while maintaining similar energy consumption due to the fact that the uniquely designed blades are more inclined than the ribbons in a ribbon mixer and move more material per revolution of the mixer.
PerMix Paddle Mixers are “aggressive mixers” that are well suited for high mix ratio processes up to 1:1,000,000, which equates to a single 1 ppm (parts per million) sample of the batch assuming there is more than 1% of each component.

PTS BLADE MIXER
The PTS PerMix series blade mixer is one of our two types of turbulent mixers that were originally designed by our Israeli engineers. The other is the PTP series blade mixer.
The PTS Ploughshare Mixer is so versatile it can handle almost any type of material, including dry powders, granular materials, short-fiber substances, wet solids-liquids, pasty materials and high-viscosity masses.
PTS PerMix series ploughshare mixers can be used for many processes, including mixing, thorough mixing, dispersing, suspending, emulsifying, deaerating, suspending, accelerating chemical or physical reactions, granulating, breaking up agglomerates, etc. It is particularly suitable for such difficult processes as mixing trace elements in proportions of 1 in 100,000 to 1 in 1,000,000 parts.

PRB RIBBON MIXER
The PerMix PRB series ribbon mixer is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing dry powders, granules and viscous pastes in a homogeneous manner. It is able to provide a satisfactory "uniformity class" for mixing jobs thanks to the special design of the agitator with double ribbons inside the U-shaped working trough.
PerMix designs PRB Ribbon Mixers that are capable of achieving a maximum “mix ratio” of 1:500,000, meaning you can achieve the desired proportion of ingredients in just 1 gram for a 500kg batch.

PVR VERTICAL RIBBON MIXER
The PerMix PVR Series Vertical Ribbon Mixer is similar in appearance to the PRB Series Horizontal Ribbon Mixer, but stands vertically, just like our PNA Series Conical Screw Mixer. The PVR Vertical Ribbon Mixers are efficient and versatile batch mixers for bulk powders, granules and granules.
PerMix Vertical Ribbon Mixers are able to provide excellent mixing result due to the design of external spiral type mixing element with internal screw rotating together in conical trough which ensures multidimensional movement of materials and complete discharge of all mixed material without any residue. Vertical Ribbon Mixers are also characterized by no product contamination due to the fact that the shaft seal is located above the working area so that it does not come into contact with the product.

PNA CONICAL SCREW MIXER
The PerMix PNA series conical screw mixer is a batch mixing device widely used for mixing products that require gentle mixing with minimal product distortion, minimal heat generation and very accurate mixing uniformity. Since their inception, they have been recognized as a good solution for products that are delicate, heat sensitive or tend to segregate.
Because the PerMix Conical Screw Mixer uses gravity to generate a significant downward mass flow, it saves energy compared to a horizontal mixer. These mixers also feature zero product contamination due to the fact that the shaft seal and bearing are located above the working area, so they do not come into contact with the product.

PFB FLUIDITY ZONE MIXER
The PerMix PFB series twin shaft paddle mixer is a high speed, high performance mixer, also known as a fluid bed mixer, zone mixer or zero gravity mixer.
These mixers are used to prepare a homogeneous mixture regardless of particle size, shape and density. When a small amount of powder or liquid additives is required to bulk material, PFB mixers are able to achieve fast and precise mixing with high efficiency.
Due to their high efficiency and reliability, PerMix twin shaft paddle mixers are widely used in many industries including but not limited to: building materials, fly ash conditioning, animal feed, mineral premixes, instant beverages, milk powder, vitamin mixtures, etc.

PFBS FLUIDITY ZONE MIXER
PerMix PFBS series single shaft fluid bed mixers are an innovative design derived from conventional ribbon mixers but with the added feature and advantage of PerMix PFB series twin shaft paddle mixers which provide fast, complete and thorough mixing performance by mechanical liquefaction despite the density, particle size and shape of the different solid components to be mixed. PFBS mixers can achieve a homogeneous mix in typically 30~60 seconds depending on the product.
Compared to ribbon mixers, single shaft fluid mixers are superior in that they are able to mix material more aggressively with higher tip speed and Froud number while maintaining similar energy consumption due to their special multi-pitch blade design.

PDI HIGH SPEED MIXER GRANULATOR

PTPD VACUUM MIXER/DRYER
The PerMix PTPD series vacuum mixer and dryer is a batch mixer widely used in mixing applications that require gentle mixing and drying with minimal product distortion, minimal heat generation and very accurate mixing uniformity. Since its inception, it has been recognized as a good solution for products that are delicate, heat sensitive or tend to segregate.
Because PerMix vacuum mixers and dryers utilize vacuum and jacket heat exchange to optimize energy compared to a standard jacket-only mixer. These mixers also feature steam recovery systems, full PLC/HMI control, and many other optional extras. They come in sizes from 5 liters to 30,000 liters.

PerMix PVM series V-shaped mixers (or V-cone mixer), sometimes also called V-mixer or Y-shaped mixer, is one of the well-known types of drum mixers (the other type is PerMix PDC series double cone mixer), which are very popular for mixing dry powders, granules and crystals. It features a very simple design and easy-to-clean construction.

PDR AND PDRS DRUM MIXER
The PerMix PDR and PDRS series drum mixer has been developed to meet the growing requirements for small-batch mixers for mixing, homogenizing, coloring dry powders and granulates, especially in smaller industries or where the product is changed frequently depending on the needs.
PerMix drum mixers consist of a drive unit with a roll-on / roll-off ramp and are used for mixing, homogenizing and coloring bulk or granular ingredients in the plastics industry, the chemical industry, pharmaceutical and paint plants, the food industry and the textile and leather industry.
The capacity of the PDR mixer drum is usually 200 liters, but capacities of 50 and 100 liters are also available. Usually the drum is available as a standard product on the market; however, non-standard drums are also accepted, and the rim must then be adapted to the size of the drum.

3D PTU MIXER
The 3D mixer PTU series or the multidirectional (multi-axis rotary motion) PerMix PTU powder mixer is used for homogeneous mixing of bulk substances with different specific gravity and particle size. It is also possible to produce "dry-wet" and "wet-wet" mixtures. The production process is hygienic and dust-free, because the product is mixed in independent closed containers of different sizes.
During the mixing process, the powder moves in a random direction from the center to the end of the drum and simultaneously from the top to the bottom. In such a multidimensional and multi-axis way, the PerMix PTU series 3D mixer only needs a short mixing time and relatively low energy consumption.
The "gentle" mixing action of the mixer is good for end products that are sensitive to the high shear forces in other solutions and therefore tend to crack or reduce particle size, or are highly abrasive.

SIGMA MIXTRUDER
The PerMix PSG-X Sigma Mixing Extruder (or Mixtruder, kneader) is designed with the extrusion screw positioned in a cylindrical mixing chamber in the center and below the two Z-shaped sigma mixing arms.
The extrusion screw is used to discharge the product but can also move in the reverse direction during the mixing cycle, lifting the materials into the reach of the mixing arms, thus ensuring thorough kneading and speeding up the mixing process. The screw has its own separate drive.

MIXER Z, SIGMA PSG
The PerMix PSG series Sigma mixer, also known as Double Sigma mixer or Z-type mixer, is used for mixing-kneading very high viscosity materials (over 500,000 cps).
With the unique design of Z-shaped mixing blades installed in two half-cylinders of the mixing chamber, the PerMix PSG series Sigma Mixer is able to provide combined functions of pressing, stretching, folding, kneading and mixing, which makes it widely used in chemical, food, sealant and adhesive, and paint industries, among others. If a screw extruder is used for discharge, the mixer is also called Sigma Mixer or Mixtruder.

PDP TWIN SHAFT PLANETARY MIXER
The PerMix PDP series twin shaft planetary mixer is also called a twin planetary kneader or planetary mixer because it can handle highly viscous materials up to 1,500,000 cPs. Typically, the PerMix PDP series twin shaft planetary mixer has two vertically mounted agitators that are driven by a single drive to move around the central axis of the tank as well as their own axes.
The PerMix PDP series twin shaft planetary mixer is so versatile that it can be used to mix, knead, blend and bleed all types of materials, including high viscosity pastes, even granulating wet powders. HIGH SPEED DISPERGATOR PD
The PerMix PD series high shear disperser (or dissolver) is ideally designed to meet the requirements of a wide range of industrial applications for dispersing solid or liquid materials in liquids.
PerMix PD High Speed Disperser works with a powerful high-speed rotor, dispersing disc. Liquid or solid materials are subjected to high shear forces at the periphery of the disc, when the rotor rotates at high speed, the materials are quickly and efficiently dispersed in the liquid, and a uniform dispersion is formed after a short time.

UNIVERSAL VACUUM EMULSIFIER PVC HOMOGENIZER / COMPLETE SYSTEM / EMULSIFIED HOMOGENIZING LINE
The PerMix PVC Universal Vacuum Processor/Vacuum Mixer includes a mixing tank (jacketed or unjacketed), an internal low speed anchor mixer and an internal high shear inline mixer. The mixer has several inlet ports, with the main inlet connected to the bottom discharge outlet of the tank and the other two inlets connected to other liquid and powder tanks. The product is returned from the discharge outlet to the top inlet of the mixer.
The basis of this plan is the innovative PerMix homogenizer, which has a mixing, dispersing and emulsifying head with multifunctional chambers. It can be supplied with mixing blades, dispersers or emulsifying mixers. For each operation, these elements can be interchanged or present simultaneously, so that the mixer works to suit each specific product.
