Mieszalniki do proszków – produktów sypkich
Powder mixers are used primarily in the construction, food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, and related industries. Each mixer, if heated, can also be a dryer (also in a vacuum version).
Among these types of mixers, we can distinguish:
- Ploughshare mixer

- intensive granulator

- V-type
- drum (barrel mixer).
Mieszalniki te różnią się m.in. konstrukcją budowy, skutecznością mieszania, czasem mieszania oraz tym ile pozostałości produktu zostaje w mieszalniku po wymieszaniu. Stosuje się je przede wszystkim w przemyśle budowlanym, spożywczym, farmaceutycznym czy chemicznym oraz pokrewnych. Każdy mieszalnik, jeśli wyposażymy go w płaszcz grzewczy, może też być suszarnią (także w wersji próżniowej).
Each of these devices has a different way of working, but their common goal is to obtain a homogeneous mixture of powders with specific properties.
