PerMix Magnetic Mixer

PerMix PM series magnetic mixers utilize a special magnetic drive and sealless technology that is completely different from typical gear drive mixers.

 In a magnetic mixer, a magnetic clutch transfers torque from the drive to the mixing impeller using a magnetic field. There is no need for contact between the impeller and the drive, so there is no need for traditional clutching. This also allows for virtually no mechanical wear. This in turn means that magnetic mixers have a significantly longer service life when properly designed and operated. 

The mixing head can be equipped with various mixing elements such as propellers, Rushton turbines, etc.
