Technical data
Used semi-automatic cartoning machine manufactured by PackService.
Model PS300.
Year of construction 2006.
Description of operation
This semi-automatic machine is designed to fill pre-formed crates that are manually loaded into a hopper.
The feeding hopper is set at a height that can be between 800 and 920 mm and the cartons are conveyed to the storage area by a conveyor belt.
Depending on the size of the boxes and cartons packed by the machine, a pre-stacking station can be added to the stacking zone.
This enables the automatic transfer of cartons that have not yet been stacked during the carton transfer phases to the warehouse.
The box is held on the hopper by a trolley; once the box is full, the trolley moves the box down and onto the take-up idle roller
