Compact monoblock filling and capping machines are an ideal solution for pharmaceutical and cosmetics plants with limited space. The machine's small size also allows for savings in cleanroom design.
The machine is available in the SA version, a semi-automatic filling and capping system, and the fully automatic AT version. An automatic bottle feeder can be added to the machine. Machines are typically equipped with a peristaltic pump. Various capping systems are available: caps applied with servo-driven capping heads, screw-on caps, rubber caps, and droppers.
The machine features a standard control system with adjustable control levels and a Siemens Simantic touchscreen control system. It achieves a throughput of 1,200 packages/hour.
