Process description

- The operator manually loads the tubes into the tube magazine. The tube is then automatically inserted into a holder, known as a "nest." A turntable with nests moves the tubes to the orientation position, where the tube is oriented based on the "black mark." The tube is then transferred to the filling unit.
- The product is stored in a product hopper and dispensed using a volumetric cylinder. The filling volume is easily adjusted. The next station is the tube heating unit, where the top of the tube is heated using a heater. The tube is then sealed, and its top is trimmed for a neat finish. The finished tube is transferred to the outfeed conveyor.
