The PerMix PDRS series drum mixer is a new and innovative mixer that has been developed to meet the increasing requirements for a higher batch mixer, still utilizing the existing drum container, for mixing, blending, homogenizing, coloring dry powders and granules, especially in industries with high hygiene requirements or where frequent product changeovers are required.
The PerMix PDRS series drum mixer consists of a drive unit with an inclined hook drum system and is used for mixing, homogenizing and coloring powdered or granular ingredients in the pharmaceutical, plastics, chemical, pharmaceutical and paint, food as well as textile and leather industries.
The PerMix PDRS 400 drum mixer is constructed entirely of stainless steel, designed for 600 litre total volume stainless steel drums (400 working litres), a full electrical panel with speed and time control, and can be configured for other drum sizes.
