Description: The LPB-08 linear bottle washer is a fully universal device used for rinsing steel bottles of various capacities, shapes and diameters of the filling opening with liquid. The rinsing medium can be water or, through the use of a closed circuit, liquids poured into packages. Bottles intended for rinsing are delivered to the washer using a plate conveyor. Then, bottles in a quantity corresponding to the number of grippers are placed along the washer on the conveyor and it is stopped. After gripping the bottles by the necks, the grippers rotate them by 180 degrees and in this position they are rinsed with liquid under pressure. The rinsed bottles return to their original position, the conveyor is started and the bottles leave the washer. The device works in a cyclical - intermittent manner.

Description: Automatic vacuum filler is designed for filling non-carbonated beverages, alcoholic beverages and other non-foaming liquids into bottles of various capacities and heights. The filler fills packages in the "level" system. Gravity filling assisted by vacuum allows for trouble-free filling.
The excess product is directed to the overflow tank through the filler overflow pipe. The pneumatic diaphragm pump returns the poured product from the overflow tank to the supply tank. The applied vacuum accelerates the filling. The device operates in a linear manner. Empty packages are transferred to the filler by a plate conveyor. The sensor counts the appropriate number of packages depending on the number of fillers and closes the input lock. The filling cycle begins. The packages are positioned using a positioning comb and the fillers are lowered. The "level" filling process begins. After the filling is completed, the fillers rise up, the positioning comb "releases" the packages, the output lock opens and the filled packages leave the filler.

Description: The ZR-02 type cappers are devices adapted to work in an automatic cycle. Depending on the capping head used, it makes threaded caps on an aluminum cap with a diameter of 18 ÷ 40 mm, PILFER-PROOF and FLAVER-LOK type with or without a securing ring, and GUALLA type caps. A single capping head and a rotating transport star, which have separate drives, are placed on the capping stand. A separate, plate-type bottle conveyor with an individual drive is connected to the capping machine. Above the capping head, there is a tank with a cap segregator, from which a sliding chute protrudes, bringing caps to the capping zone. Thanks to the use of a program control system, it is possible to smoothly regulate the efficiency, and in the case of using a rotating capping head, to match its rotational speed to the efficiency of the capping machine. Appropriately oriented caps are taken from the chute and automatically put on the bottle heads. The closed bottles are conveyed via a slat conveyor to the next device in the line.
