The PerMix Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer (Homogenizer) is more than just an emulsifying mixer. It is a complete vacuum mixing, dispersing and emulsifying system that is used whenever a high-quality and completely airless product is required. Just like the PerMix PMS series multi-shaft mixer, but at a much lower purchase cost.
PerMix PVC series vacuum emulsifying mixers (homogenizers) support various processes that usually require more machines in one system. In the PVC series vacuum emulsifying mixer (homogenizer), base materials can be mixed in liquids, dispersed and homogenized, while all air is removed from them. This produces stable emulsions with a long shelf life.
Principle of operation:
The PerMix PVC series vacuum emulsifying mixer (homogenizer) has a mixing tank (jacketed or unjacketed), an internal low-speed scraper type mixer and an external high-speed linear homogenizer.
The inline homogenizer placed under the tank has several inlet ports, and the main inlet is connected to the lower outlet of the tank. The other two inlets are connected to other liquid and powder tanks. Through the outlet of the inline mixer homogenizer, the product returns to the upper part of the mixing tank.
The basis of this mixing and homogenizing system is the innovative design of the PerMix inline homogenizer, which has a mixing, dispersing and emulsifying head with multi-processing chambers. It can be supplied with mixing blades, dispersing elements or emulsifying elements. For each process, these elements can be exchanged or combined so that the mixer works according to the type of product.
The pump operation allows continuous circulation of the product from the hoppers through the working feeder. All parts in contact with the product are made of acid-resistant steel.
The following options/features are available:
- Mixing chamber heating/cooling jacket
- Pneumatic/mechanized lid lifting
- Bypass pump for mixing and unloading with low abrasion during these operations
- Tanks for product ingredients for pre-mixing
- Volumetric flow meter for automatic OFF of the supplied liquid
- Manual hopper for small quantities of ingredients
- Mobile machine design
- Fully automatic control of the vacuum emulsification system
