    Technical description

    Construction: 305 stainless steel with product contact parts made of 316L stainless steel.

    Surface

    Finish: Product contact surfaces polished to mirror quality (Ra 0.10 microns), non-contact surfaces 150 grit (Ra 1.06 microns); welds cleaned and polished, and all contact welds with the material ground smooth and polished.

    Inlet port: 3.25 inch (83 mm) diameter with grilles to prevent operator access to the rotating impeller.

    Feed Chute: Manually powered funnel, 6.4" diameter x 5" height (163mm x 127mm) with magnetically activated safety lock.

    Spindle

    Assembly: Sanitary pharmaceutical applications with pre-lubricated, sealed bearings, Viton O-ring, two shaft seals and double varilip seal in a stainless steel housing. Also suitable for use with vacuum.

    Rotor speed: approximately 1000 – 6500 rpm.

    Discharge: 6 inch (152 mm) three clamp outlet, mesh mesh for added protection.

    Motor: 0.5 HP, non-XP, TEFC, variable speed AC motor with custom Quadro wash features for enhanced durability and protection.

    Controller: Single phase, speed controller with cable and plug. UL certified, CSA certified
