Almost any product can be dried quickly and gently using a hegatec vacuum dryer. For example, malt and bakery mixtures, meat, meat extracts, herbs, flavors, chemicals, solvents.
Drying whole pieces of fruit and vegetables is economically viable. If the highest possible quality is required, hegatec 2in1 freeze drying is recommended. Freeze-drying allows the product to maintain its shape. For pasty and liquid products, use a hegatec continuous vacuum belt dryer.
