AUTOMATED LINE FOR PELLETIZING PET BARRELS
A robotic station designed for palletizing PET barrels with a capacity of 20 liters. The robot collects 1 to 3 barrels per cycle and has a capacity of 8 to 20 barrels per minute.
ROBOTIC LINE FOR PALLETING AND DE-PALLETIZING BOXES
The automated case depalletizing and palletizing cell was created to help manufacturers inspect bottles in cases. In some cases, it is not possible to remove the wrong bottles from the bottling lines, so operators must manually inspect bottles before placing them on the bottling lines. The robotic station automatically depalletizes the boxes for inspection. Once the inspection is complete, the robot places the correct boxes on the pallet. Operators do not lift heavy loads and can focus solely on control.
ROBOTIC LINE FOR PALLETING MULTIPLE LINES AT THE SAME TIME
A robotic multi-line palletizing line is designed to pack two to four different products using one robot arm. The lines are built to order and in some cases can pack boxes, bottles, jars, cans, etc. with one arm.
ROBOTIC LINE FOR PALLETING MULTIPLE LINES AT THE SAME TIME
The automated line automatically palletizes PET bottles and cans onto a pallet. The standard line works with the following product dimensions without changing tooling:
- PET bottles 0.33, 0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.5 and 2 liters
- Cans of 0.25, 0.33 and 0.5 liters
The system automatically adjusts the palletizing program based on the selected format.
ROBOTIC LINE FOR PALLETING MULTIPLE LINES AT THE SAME TIME
The robotic line automatically pallets Tetra Pak cardboard boxes onto a pallet. The standard line works with the following product dimensions without changing tooling:
- 200, 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1500 and 2000ml
