Roller conveyors for pallets
Rollers: 080×3. electro galvanized
Axle diameter: 020 mm
Bearings: Precision ball bearings 6205-2RZ
Roller fittings: Rollers suspended between the side frames by means of the MI2 axle
Load capacity: max. 2000 kg per conveyor and per gear motor
Chain drive for rollers: Chain drive is from roller to roller. Integrated into the roller bearing are 5/8″ hardened steel sprockets.
Chain guard: The chains are protected by a U-profile and a guard protected from the sides of the conveyor.
Gear motor: 0.37 kW. Worm gear mounted sideways on the conveyor frame.

Lifting pallet conveyors
Lifting a loaded pallet
from the lower conveyor (empty pallet) to the upper conveyor (loaded pallet)

Chain conveyors for pallets
Chain conveyors are designed for pallets. Chain conveyors are suitable for collecting pallets.
Chains: 3/4″ pallet chain with straight side plates.

Pallet Handling Units
The transfer unit changes the direction of the pallet movement by 90°. Transfer modules combine the features and advantages of roller systems and chain conveyors in one module.
Gear motors: O.37kW. two motors – one for the movement of the rollers and one for the movement of the chain.
Up/down movement: hydraulic.
Load capacity: max. ISOOKkg per pallet.
Rollers: 080×3. electro-galvanized.
Chains: 3/4″ pallet chain with straight side plates.
Pallet turntables
The turntable is used to change the direction of travel of the pallets.
Equipped with a roller conveyor for pallets – also available with a chain conveyor on request.
Possibility of rotation within the range of ± 90° and ± 180°.
Speed: 2.8 or 3 75 rpm
Roller pallet conveyor
Suitable for transporting pallets between two or more conveyor lines.
Some possible applications include delivering empty pallets from a pallet warehouse to several pallet loaders and collecting full pallets and forwarding them for further central transportation.
The transfer trolley can be equipped with:
- Driven roller conveyors
- Double roller conveyors
- Chain conveyors.
Pallet lift
A pallet lift is a specially designed conveyor that moves a pallet vertically. Pallet lifts are equipped with a roller or chain conveyor that allows pallets to be automatically moved to and from the lift.
Load capacity: 1500 kg Speed: 9 m/min

Accessories
Forklift guard
Prevents forklift damage to conveyors. Used in all pallet collection areas. Recommended height of the forklift guard is 25 mm above the roller height. For side or end conveyor mounting.
Pneumatic pallet stop
Recommended for precise retention of empty pallets. The advantage is the correct positioning of pallets for palletizing.
Minimum conveyor height: 190 mm
Pallet positioning and securing
Recommended for positioning and securing pallets at the palletizing point.
Pallet stop
Prevents pallets from passing over the edge of the end of the conveyor.
Grippers
The gripper can be designed in an infinite number of combinations. Typically, a gripper is designed for multiple functions, such as different sizes of boxes, lifting pallets, and placing slip sheets between layers on pallets. The main types are
* Servo gripper - easy to apply for any different size of workpiece. Controlled by the robot controller:
* Pneumatic gripper – For solid workpieces of similar size:
* Forklift – for non-permanent items such as bags:
- Vacuum – for gripping multiple workpieces simultaneously.
In some cases, the most effective solution would be to combine the two types.
