It is used as a fast mixer, chemical reactor or, if both processes are combined, as a dryer-reactor. They are used with particular success in rapid drying without agglomeration, in heterogeneous reactions with systems of various substances, extraction, sterilization and generally in processes carried out under vacuum, overpressure, with the use of thermal energy and with the help of grinding agents.

PTP-D PerMix series vacuum dryers are widely used, among others, in the chemical, metallurgical and pharmaceutical industries. Standard sizes range from 3 liters to 20,000 liters, and the operating pressure of these dryers can reach up to 50 bar.

Thanks to the PTP-D vacuum dryer, the drying time is significantly shortened and the products are free of agglomerates!
