The PerMix PCH series grinding (grinding/homogenizing) pump combines the advantages of both a centrifugal pump and a linear high-speed homogenizer. It achieves a balance between pumping efficiency and homogenization and comminution energy. The PerMix PCH series grinding/homogenizing pump has a stator/rotor system (impeller). The impeller is connected to the pumping impeller located in the middle and to the toothed ring. Thanks to this design, the grinding/homogenizing pump is able to maintain a relatively high average grinding/homogenizing efficiency p, while providing a fairly high pumping capacity. When better grinding/homogenization is required, the customer can choose the PerMix PC series linear emulsifying homogenizer.
